Our training approach:
- Because we believe that the majority of
people learn best in small groups where the tutor's time
is not diluted, classes are kept to a maximum of no more
than 8.
- All trainers are practical users of the
software and can therefore bring real life scenario's into
the courses.
- Delegates real life problems are tackled
during the class where possible.
- Delegates are encouraged to share ideas
and experiences during the class with other delegates to
provoke ideas and thought. This interactive approach is
preferred to a simple presentation or lecture of material.
- Exercises are designed to reflect business
like case studies which can be applied immediately upon
return to the workplace.
